Records debits and credits accrued by Perry for a variety of woodworking and metalworking activities from 1817 to 1851. References are made to such activities as working on machine molds, putting window sashes and lights in houses, white washing, turning handles, forging hammers, and designing patterns. A variety of objects is represented including brass castings, copper plate, knives, forks, tumblers, plates, hinges, bolts, wood screws, and sewing needles. The Furniture Commission Co., the New England Glass Co., and the Roxbury & Boston Mill were among Perry's clients.
